You retain ownership of the fitness data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FitCompass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FitCompass does not provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We do not guarantee the accuracy of fitness calculations, including estimated one-rep max and volume calculations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitCompass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
